Attention All Customers:
Effective December 01/2025, we will only accept credit card payments, or a PAD from your Bank Account. We will no longer accept any payments made by e-transfer, or through payment links. This is to ensure the proper functionality of our automated billing and activations system, and ensures no payments are missed, or applied to another clients account.
All payments will be taken automatically, 1 day prior to the due date to avoid service interruptions.
You can update your payment info, or cancel your service anytime by logging into the client area. If you cancel service before the end of your current billing cycle; billing will cease immediately, you will not be charged for the next billing cycle, and your account will terminate automatically with no further action required from you.
Please ensure you have updated your payment information on file before December 01 2024 to avoid any service interruptions.
